Hi,Profits come before sfeaty. We are seeing this more and more in the things we buy. I've read and heard plenty about the negative effects that some of the additives in our food cause. MSG helps increase the flavor of a food. It helps you crave it, and want more of it. McDonalds adds sugar to its salt mix for the fries. Most people like their fries, but few think of how we love sweet foods and that sugar in the fries helps grab that feeling. Companies want to either add something to make you crave it and buy more, or find cheaper ways to make their product. One of the companies that I dislike, and I know your husband hates, is Monsanto. Some of their first products were alternatives to sugar and vanilla which they sold to Coca-Cola.Good work, Keep it up.
